Security of the data transmission protocol

Refund policy on our e-shop

Product return

We accept returns on new and unopened items. You can return the items
unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, with a receipt or
proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with
offer a refund. The shipping costs for the return of the products are at your charge.

Shipping method for returns

Before sending, thank you to indicate in this contact form: your name, first name, order number and if necessary tracking number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Damaged product

When you consider that the product is damaged, please communicate via this contact form, within 30 days of your purchase, your name, order number and provide details of the damaged product and the defect. We will proceed according to the state of the product to a partial or total refund.

Product not received

If the product has still not arrived at the address indicated on your order form, 30 days after purchase, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase. You will have to send us an email via this contact form. We will refund the purchase price (according to the original payment method). Previously paid shipping charges are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
