The Three Turtles Estate is not only a place, it is the realization of a dream. Settling in Greece, Evi’s country, and cultivating an organic olive grove, Marc’s specialty. It is also the realization of a house“l’Hermitage” which fits perfectly in this framework. Spending a vacation in this agrotourism cottage in Greece (Peloponnese) is to return to the roots and enjoy life.
In the South of Peloponnese
Located in Messinia, the “Three Turtles” estate is in one of the most beautiful areas of the Peloponnese. The place benefits from many assets:
- first of all, the proximity of the sea, right next to the beaches of Methonia (Modon), but also close to the bay of Pylos and the incredible beach of Divani
- but also a certain tranquility, because Messinia is less touristy than the nearby islands.
- Messinia is also a rich architectural heritage with beautiful cities like Pylos or Methonia (Modon).
- Finally, the region is easily accessible. From Athens to Kalamata, it takes 2 hours 45 minutes on the freeway and then only 45 minutes on beautiful roads in the olive groves to reach the Three Turtles.

Agrotourism in Greece, in the heart of an organic olive grove
The Domaine des Trois Tortues is both authentic and full of generosity, just like its owners.
The Oliveraie
The olive grove is managed by Marc. He pampers his olive trees with love and makes it a point of honor not to treat them, so they are certified organic. In addition, Marc is gradually moving towards permaculture.
The products of the farm are delicious: olive oil of course, but also olivades, candied lemon paste, bergamot jam… all the products of the soil are exploited according to traditional recipes.
The Gîte
The house “l’Hermitage” was built recently but according to traditional techniques and with local materials. With low energy consumption, it uses renewable energy. Even in water the house is economical, thanks to the recovery of water by the roof.
The house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has:
- a living room first equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons
- an independent room (equipped with a double bed)
- a mezzanine (two single beds) overhangs the living room
- a well-equipped kitchen
- and finally a bathroom
On the first floor, a large terrace allows you to enjoy a 360° view on the olive grove, the hills and the sea… wonderful!
Bed linen and towels are provided. In addition, as a small gift on arrival, you will receive a nice basket with some products of the olive grove.
Rates and reservation
Agrotourism is a very economical way to spend a vacation in Greece. The ecogite is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, for 4 people.
- 80 €/night from June 01 to September 30
- 70 €/night from October 01 to May 31
