The PARIS LONDON PAROS agency opened its doors in March 2019. It was created by Samantha and Laurent Deneef, a dynamic couple in their forties. Samantha, of French and British nationality, and Laurent, of French nationality, are both Greek at heart. They travelled the Cyclades for several years. Then they decided to buy a second home on Paros 8 years ago.
After 16 years in marketing, Samantha Deneef decided in 2012 to learn a new trade: real estate. She embarked on this adventure with passion and a central objective: to put people first. Samantha and Laurent have been running their own real estate agency in France for several years. And it’s a great success! In addition to presenting properties to their customers, they make sure they have a perfect understanding of their expectations, so they can offer them houses or apartments that are just like them. Gaëlle is French and lives with Thomas, who is English. Both fell in love with Paros on a holiday 20 years ago. They decided to settle here and start a family. As a result, they have a perfect knowledge of the island, and speak French, English and Greek.
